If your organization has configured your environment to disable new criteria releases by default, you will need to log in to the Administration module and enable the criteria when you are ready to start using it.
InterQual® Coordinated Care Viewer:
InterQual Coordinated Care 2024 March content release files are available by request for InterQual Coordinated Care Viewer customers by emailing interqualsupport@optum.com. Your system administrator can use the import feature to import the release files and enable the new content release when your organization is ready.
InterQual® Review Manager and InterQual® View:
The InterQual 2024 March content and software releases for InterQual Review Manager, InterQual Review Manager Hosted, and InterQual View have been postponed until a future date to be announced.
