The Clinical Exchange Self-Service Tool application is experiencing delays. While the application is online and you can still submit requests, please be aware that the processing of these requests is taking longer than usual.
It's important to note that the Clinical Exchange application itself is fully operational and is not affected by the self-service tool processing delays. You can continue using the Clinical Exchange application as normal.
