To ensure continued stability and performance, we have rolled back the recent update that contributed to the issue. This rollback has successfully resolved the problem, and services are now operating normally. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to restore functionality. Original notice sent June 4, 2025 We are updating our production environment’s IP addresses to maintain a resilient, secure, and compliant payment processing environment. If your organization maintains lists of allowable IP addresses or ranges, please update your firewall and external networking rules, including any third-party applications (e.g., Epic Interconnect), before June 10, 2025. Failure to do so may result in issues accessing our patient payment portals and applications after June 23, 2025.
