Scheduled

As part of our annual DR validation activities, SI processing will be transitioned from the Production environment (ELR) to the DR environment (CTC) August 16, 2026. The application will continue to operate from the DR environment for approximately one week before being transitioned back to the Production environment August 23, 2026.

High-Level Schedule
• August 16, 2026, 6:00 p.m. CT: Transition SI processing from Production to DR
• August 16-23, 2026: SI operates from the DR environment
• August 23, 2026, 6:00 p.m. CT: Transition SI processing from DR back to Production

What to Expect
During the period in which SI is operating from the DR environment:
• All file processing and integrations will be routed through the DR infrastructure.
• External connectivity originating from SI will present the DR infrastructure IP addresses.
• Brief connectivity interruptions may occur during the failover and failback activities.
• If an external partner or internal application/service experiences connectivity issues during the transition windows, please retry the connection after a short interval.
• Any files impacted during the transition period will be reprocessed following stabilization of the environment.

Action Required
Please forward this notification to any teams, clients, partners, or application owners within your organization who utilize Sterling Integrator services.

Important!
If your organization or any external partner utilizes firewall rules, IP restrictions, or safe listing controls, please ensure that the Sterling Integrator DR IP addresses are safe listed if this has not already been completed. Failure to complete the required safe listing activities may result in file transfer failures or connectivity disruptions after SI has been transitioned to the DR environment.
