Update: A technical fix was implemented at 9:30 p.m. CT/7:30 p.m. PT to resolve the "Misdirected Request" error when attempting to access the SmartPay Plus Provider Portal. Following testing, we can confirm that the service has been fully restored and we are closing this issue.

Update: We have identified a resolution for the issues impacting SmartPay Plus services. End users have been receiving a "Misdirected Request" Error when attempting to log access the Provider Portal.

Actions Taken to Restore Service: Our Product & Delivery Engineers are actively working to implement the resolution to restore functionality to the impacted services.

Please note: An update will be performed at 7:30 p.m. PT / 9:30 p.m. CT, resulting in approximately 15 minutes of system downtime.

We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting the SmartPay Plus Provider portal. End users are receiving a "Misdirected Request" error.

Actions Taken to Restore Service: Our Platform & Delivery Team engineers are actively troubleshooting the issue and working to restore functionality to the impacted services as quickly as possible.

Please note, we are validating if the Salucro URL https://salucro-chc.com/v2.1/ is working as a temporary workaround, but have confirmed the Optum-owned https://smartpayplus.changehealthcare.com/v2.1/ is NOT working.
