Change Healthcare and Optum are eager to inform you that we have restored support request capabilities within Customer Care Hub for InterQual®. As a result, we enabled customers’ access to Customer Care Hub as of Monday, 3/25/2024 to submit support cases for InterQual®. For more information about using Customer Care Hub, please review Customer Care Hub restoration as well as resources and references in our Getting Started with the Customer Care Hub toolkit. You may need to reset your password to sign in.

If you encounter any issues submitting support cases via Customer Care Hub, please reach out to the InterQual® product support team at interqualsupport@optum.com or by phone at 1-800-CRITERIA (274-8374). Please note: The new email for support is interqualsupport@optum.com (which replaces interqualsupport@changehealthcare.com).
