We are updating our production environment’s IP addresses to maintain a resilient, secure, and compliant payment processing environment. If your organization maintains lists of allowable IP addresses or ranges, please update your firewall and external networking rules, including any third-party applications (e.g., Epic Interconnect), before June 10, 2025. Failure to do so may result in issues accessing our patient payment portals and applications after June 23, 2025.
