Optum Insight Rx Network experienced some service disruption starting at 1:15am CST until 7:20am CST.
The Rx Network client site, https://rxnselfservice.changehealthcare.com, was impacted during this time. Pharmacy transactions to Rx Connect and related services (Rx Cardfinder, Rx Edit) were not impacted.
Script routing to Optum Insight was impacted during this time, e-prescriptions sent during this time failed to fax. Services have been restored and we are seeing normal transaction processing.
Optum Insight Pharmacy Network is closely monitoring the restoration.
