Optum will be doing maintenance on ConnectCenter Dec. 7-8, 2024.

Dec. 7, 2024, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. CT we will be performing an upgrade to our user management system. Clearance EDI customers will be unable to perform the following during this upgrade:

-Create new user IDs
-Modify existing user IDs
-Update passwords

Users will be able to login in and use all the ConnectCenter functionality. Core clearinghouse transaction processes will NOT be affected by this upgrade.

Dec. 8, 2024, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. CT we will be performing an upgrade to our application that supports the Search Eligibility History feature. Clearance EDI customers will be unable to perform the following during the upgrade:

-Utilize the Search Eligibility History Feature

Users will be able to login in and access all other ConnectCenter functionality. Clients will be able to submit eligibility during this upgrade. Core clearinghouse transaction processes will NOT be affected by this upgrade.
