There is a known Cloudflare issue that caused intermittent connectivity issues. There have been reports of timeout issues (500 errors) with Self-Service Tool and the Clinical Exchange application. The Cloudflare issue started at approximately 12:30 PM CT. As of 2:40 PM CT, a Cloudflare fix has been implemented.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue with the Clinical Exchange Self-Service Tool (SST). There is no impact to Clinical Exchange but the Self-Service Tool (SST) is currently unavailable.
