We wanted to make you aware of an with Connect Center Multi-Factor Authentication. After the authentication code was entered, users were being sent back to the login screen.

This issue is now resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing performance issues with Connect Center Multi-Factor Authentication. After the authentication code is entered, users are sent back to the login screen.
