Optum will be completing planned system maintenance according to the following maintenance schedule for the month of January.

Maintenance Schedule
Begin: Jan. 25, 10 a.m. CT
End: Jan. 25, 5 p.m. CT
(Duration of 7 hours)

System functionality will be intermittent during this scheduled maintenance window. The impacted services are as follows:
• Reports - Will resume at 12 p.m. CT and can be delayed for up to 2 hours
