Dear Valued Customer,

Optum will be completing planned system maintenance according to the following maintenance schedule for the month of June.

Maintenance Schedule
Begin: June 21, 1:00 p.m. CT
End: June 22, 8:00 a.m. CT
(Duration of 19 hours)

System functionality will be intermittent during this scheduled maintenance window. The impacted services are as follows:
• FTP connectivity
• File importing and reporting
• Client Access System (CAS)
• API connectivity

There may be additional maintenance outages for the month of June, and additional communications will be shared with those details as they become available.
